The Harbour Edge

The themes of this project are scenery, warmth, comfort, and flow. The site offers a harbor view from the front with a standard 15-meter frontage but features significant elevation changes on all sides—left, right, front, and back. The main street is very narrow, with no roadside parking space. The owner wishes to maximize the scenic views while providing convenient parking access.

We have utilized a split-level, three-story design at the front to integrate basement parking while combining the facade with the viewing platform. Correspondingly, the elevated rear section of the building, combined with a pool, provides the owner with a private and cozy living space.

The architecture incorporates many contemporary curved elements to present a flowing and soft space and exterior. We aim for this project to convey an overall form that reflects sunshine, the beach, and a sense of warmth.
