"This project is located in an excellent local geographic position, with very ideal terrain and orientation. The client approached us with the hope of creating a comfortable residence that would attract attention and make the most of the site’s conditions.

The design revolves around a three-story house that slopes backward, offering sea views as its focal point. One can clearly feel the continuous gentle breeze drifting from the bay across the site. We aim for this project to provide its users with year-round enjoyment and entertainment, capturing the best moments of each season. Thus, the allocation of private and open protected spaces is a key focus:

Folding glass doors and windows with maximum openings on the open side will provide unobstructed views of the area’s natural beauty, allowing for seamless transitions from indoor living to outdoor terraces to enjoy ventilation and sunlight at any time.

The building's tones are kept in light, sandy hues that blend with the local natural colors. The streamlined appearance, combined with wooden lattices and trees, meets both the council's and the owner's needs for privacy and insulation while directing the emphasis of open spaces toward the connection with the water.

The interior spaces are designed with high ceilings to enhance lighting and ventilation, and a good indoor experience is achieved through stairwells and front-to-back cross-ventilation. The different floors provide separation for various family members.

The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the top floor, allowing the owner to enjoy the beautiful views at any time.

We hope this project will become a sanctuary for the owner from their high-pressure work, allowing them to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious building while experiencing a connection to the seaside villa and environment, much like being on vacation."
